Membership Services Administrator – Part time (Scotland) – Closing Date: 18 November 2019

An opportunity has arisen to recruit a Part-time Membership Services Administrator to be based in our Inverness Office in the Scotland region, working 20 hours per week, Wednesday & Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The post-holder will provide high level administrative support to union Officers in order to provide an excellent service to the union’s membership.  Duties will include efficiently and effectively dealing with enquiries from Unite Branches, Shop Stewards / Workplace Representatives and direct from Unite members.  Accuracy and attention to detail with highly developed database handling and Microsoft Office skills are key to this role, and will include processing membership applications, keeping membership data up to date and GDPR compliant, maintaining diaries and arranging meetings

The remuneration for this role is £19,476 - Grade 6.
