Proposed move of the Centre for Emergency
Preparedness and Response (CEPR) from Porton to
Harlow
Staff at the Health Protection Agency (HPA) Centre for Emergency
Preparedness and Response (CEPR) at Porton, Wiltshire, are being
asked to complete a questionnaire on the proposed move of this
facility to an alternative site, in Harlow, Essex. Unite
representative, Mark Riches, and his colleagues at Porton, have
prepared a
comprehensive briefing paper for HPA staff, Unite members,
and the public, to outline the background to the business proposal,
and consider the significant implications of the move for the staff
and the service.
