Representatives
There are currently 2 Lloyds Banking
Group employees working full time for Unite. These senior/seconded
representatives report to, and are responsible to, Unite for
the period of their secondment. They are a national resource
dealing with representing members, providing telephone helpline,
and supporting the workplace reps. They act as the union's
main representatives for dealing with personal casework throughout
Lloyds Banking Group and staff the Unite helplines.
Senior/Seconded representatives are trained in a wide range of
industrial relations duties and this, allied to their experience
gained working for the bank, enables them to deal with the vast
majority of issues raised by members.
