Union Learning Project
Union Learning Representatives (ULRs) help
support members in finding learning opportunities - both inside and
outside of the company. ULRs interview and help signpost
people to courses that can be delivered wither within the business
or at other locations. We've been able to provide people
language courses, IT courses, degrees at University and
beyond. We also strive to find sources of funding and
discounts for courses.
We're also active in providing effective
redundancy support, helping you get information and details on
learning initiatives that apply to you if you're at risk of
redundancy, or have been recently made redundant.
A National Finance Learning project is
currently in place, and Lloyds has its own dedicated Learning
Organiser to support ULRs across the business. If you have
any questions about ULRs then contact Jamie Walker
at jamie.walker@unitetheunion.org
or call on 07918 630 379 .

and work with local learning providers brings a wealth of benefits
to the business - and really helps with your own development.
