Every week Unite gains recognition in workplace's where union
organisation was unheard of! This means they now get to negotiate
on pay, holidays and other crucial terms and conditions.
To get recognition you need at least 21 people who are employed
and over 50% of them in the Union. If you're working in a bar, cafe
or shop how easy would that be?
