Latest Pay Scales
Following Association of Colleges 2010 negotiations which saw
UCU and Unite oppose the final settlement from the Employers
Association, AoC, they have now applied the increase based on the
majority view of all trade unions in the sector. The new scales are
available and can be downloaded below.
These will most likely be applied to staff including Unite in
Further Education Colleges in England. Although Unite continues to
seek a higher settlement the imposition of the scales is the latest
position from AoC.
