Film made by and of ULRs is Launched at the House of Commons
A 20 minute film about the wide and varied activity in
support of members by ULRs was launched on Monday June 2nd by
Skills Minister David Lammy.
The film was shot in many kinds of workplace up and down the
country, it has been seen at the sector conferences and will soon
be shown around the regions.
At the launch were representative ULRs who had been involved in
the filming, Regional learning Organisers, Head of Lifelong
Learning Tom Beattie and the David Lammy Minister who hosted the
launch.
It was a fun event and exiting to see the fim for the first
time. It gives out a powerful message to our work and union
colleagues about what can be achieved.
