Corus pilots mental health
scheme
I am delighted to advise that one of our ULRs
won the prestigious Niace Dyscu Cmyru Directors awards for
inspiration on 20 May 2010.
Mike was nominated for all his work in
promoting Mental Health awareness in the Corus Port Talbot Plant,
which has resulted in Corus adopting Mental Health Awareness
training into their core ‘Drug AND Alcohol Abuse’
Policy.
Mike shared this award with non other
than Scott Quinell. You can see more on Youtube by clicking

The story was picked up by the Western Mail

We are so proud of Mikes achievements and
it really demonstrates the changes and improvements at work that
can be brought about by the ULR role!!!
