Equalities
is a key priority for Unite the union and we are committed to
promoting equality within the workplace, advancing the interests
and improving the working conditions of members irrespective of
age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic or national origin,
religion or disability.

- The equality committees are:
- Regional women's committee
- Regional BAEM committee
- Regional Disability committee
- Regional LGBT committee
- Regional Young members committee
- Regional Young member’s forum
These committees hold their meetings quarterly
And also hold conferences every 2 years
