Regional organising structure
Unite has
organising units based in each of its 10 regions. Under the
direction of the national organising department, the regional
organising departments are responsible for delivering on Unite's
strategy for growth, bringing trade unionism to the millions of
workers that need it. Unite's team of organisers across the
10 regions include:
East Midlands
Mick Till is the senior organiser based in
Nottingham. He is supported by team leader Steve Nesbitt and
seven organisers, Andy Hughes, Lee Wilson, Inga Danileviciute, Pam
Hall, Ted Brightwell, Bogdan Idasiak and Marcin Bujniewicz.

Ireland
The senior organiser for Unite in Ireland is Jim Quinn, based in
the Belfast office. Tayra McKee and Lisa McGeady are team leaders.
Organisers in Northern Ireland are John McLaughlin, Lynn Doran,
Susan Fitzgerald and Eunan Friel. In the Republic of
Ireland, organisers are Davy Kettyles, Roy Hassey, Mark

London and Eastern
Erkan Ersoy is the senior organiser and can be contacted in the
London Woodberry office. The team leaders are Chris
White and Matt Dore-Weeks. Organisers include Darren

Mike Thompson is the senior organiser based in the Salford
