Unite's organising team
Through Unite's organising academy the union continues to
recruit and train outstanding organisers in Britain and Ireland.
With the latest wave of organisers to be recruited the union will
have more than 100 organisers on the ground. Good progress
continues to be made in realising the objective of changing the
face of the union as Unite recruits organisers.

Unite's organising academy and
recruitment
Want to get more involved and active? Unite has established an
Organising Academy which is responsible for the recruitment and
training of team leaders, organisers and organisers in training
within the organising department. As the best of its kind in
the British and Irish trade union movement, Unite's Organising
Academy provides the support and guidance to ensure all organisers
take the best skills out on the ground.
