Haiti earthquake

The terrible news of death and destruction in Haiti has touched us all. There is now a dire need for food, clothes, shelter and essential medicines.  The TUC and its affiliated unions have organised the Concert for Haiti on Wednesday 3rd February at Congress House. The concert is part of the wider appeal to raise awareness about the situation in Haiti and funds for the relief effort through the TUC Aid - Haiti Earthquake Appeal.

Concert for Haiti: Music, poetry and words with Billy Bragg and also featuring a Cuban salsa dance spectacular Son Mas and Omar Puente, plus music from the Afro-Caribbean diaspora plus poet Jean Binta Breeze and contributions from Haitians in UK. Also very special guests to be announced. For tickets (£10 plus £1 postage) and all information go http://www.concertforhaiti.co.uk/ or call 020 8800 0155 or email Concert for Haiti.
