Argos strike called off pending ballot

Following intensive negotiations, Argos management have made
Argos distribution workers a revised pay offer. The offer will be
scrutinised by the national shop stewards' committee this Friday.
The offer will be put to the staff next week in a ballot. Further
strike action has therefore been suspended pending the result of
the ballot.
