Before an ECS card can be issued, the holder must demonstrate they have the required level of health & safety awareness. Either by providing evidence of a valid exemption or by successfully completing an ECS Health & Safety Assessment. The key groups of eligible JIB graded persons are:
• Technicians
• Approved Electricians
• Electricians
• Labourers
