accreditation and qualifications apply to courses in the Republic
of Ireland. Also the course content with regard to
legislation, state industrial relations machinery and statutory
bodies, health & safety agencies and arbitration and
conciliation bodies is completely separate and on a different
statutory footing in the Republic of Ireland.
