Anyone who is a "Minister of Religion" can be a member of the Faith Workers Branch, or who works for a faith body, for the church, diocese, or head office, or anyone who works for a faith-based charity.
As a member you will belong to a specific branch that has built an expertise of dealing with the church, and with members, employees and office holders who need support in often very sensitive circumstances. "Ministers of Religion" have no employment rights and Unite is campaigning strongly to obtain these.
