As the UK's biggest food retailer, Tesco has a position of
considerable influence in our communities. We, the undersigned,
welcome their stance on ethics and fairness but urge that the words
are backed up with actions.
Customers want to have confidence in Tesco. We urge Tesco to
work with Unite to put an end to the exploitation and division that
is hurting workers and communities in the UK by helping to end
unfair employment practices within the meat supply chain.
