Rolls-Royce workers take fight to save
their jobs to parliament
Unite members at Rolls Royce are fighting to save their jobs
after the company announced plans to close its Bootle plant.
More than 200 jobs are threatened as the company plans to
transfer production to its Mount Vernon plant in the USA.
Members at the site have started a petition and are calling for
support from the government, local MPs and the wider public across
the north west. Please take the time to sign the petition and ask
your colleagues, family and friends to do the same.
