From ITV London Tonight: Could baggage-handlers and check-in staff be turned into strike-breakers to help keep British Airways flying? The airline denies it will compromise safety, but workers without flying experience are being lined up for training as cabin crew. They'd have three weeks' training, ready to take on their new roles should industrial action go ahead. Not surprisingly, union leaders aren't convinced about the effectiveness of the replacement workforce.
